Our approach is to partner with centres to achieve the best outcomes that apply mutually. This is dependent on trust and transparency. We recognise the power balance that could apply as an accrediting body. We aim for this to be something other than the basis of our professional working arrangement. UK Qualifications will not interfere with your business operations. We will not undermine you and cause any conflict with your learners and customers.
We value good communication throughout. This culture should be spread to your learners and customers. You must empower your learners and customers to know their rights and responsibilities. The key is also to share and let your learners know your legal and regulatory obligations. This will promote shared collective responsibility from everyone involved, including learners, assessors, training providers, external and internal quality assurance practitioners.
UK Qualifications employs a mutually agreed-upon quality assurance regime. This will include supporting centres in carrying out their functions safely and efficiently. We will respond to you promptly to address any queries you might have. All centres will have a dedicated business administrator to assist with all day-to-day issues.
UK Qualifications will periodically conduct training and continuous professional development activities focused on best practices for assessors, trainers, teachers, and quality assurance. We also aim to have some of the lowest costs so that all competent organisations can enter training.
Steep prices should not be a barrier. Reasonable registration, support, external quality assurance and certification costs will allow you to maximise your business opportunities. UK Qualifications will also provide resources that can be customised to suit your business.
